We're Mackenzie and Shannon, owners of Darling Beauty Lounge.
We're currently looking for a hairstylist to join our team with a 3-4 day chair rental available.
As hairstylists ourselves, we've put so much thought into creating a salon we'd genuinely want to work in. From spacious stations that allow for private conversations to extra storage and anti-fatigue mats, every detail was designed with stylists in mind. For your guests, we've created an experience they'll love with cozy shampoo bowls, complimentary snacks and beverages, free Wi-Fi, and convenient parking.
Most importantly, we believe hairstylists deserve to build successful careers in a salon that feels welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable to come to every day.

We're looking for someone who...
- Has at least one year of salon experience (preferred)
- Is currently accepting new clients or actively building their clientele
- Believes the little details make a big difference and loves creating an experience guests can't wait to come back to
- Gets excited about learning new techniques, refining their craft, and staying inspired by what's new in the industry
- Wants to work alongside stylists who celebrate each other's wins, happily lend a hand, and genuinely enjoy working together
- Values a salon that's relaxed, respectful, and welcoming
Whether you're an experienced renter or considering booth rental for the first time, we're happy to share what we've learned along the way. We love helping stylists build confidence behind the chair while learning the business side of becoming independent.
