MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with engines and compressors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proven work ethic with ability to work independently (increasing with level)
- Ability to prioritize daily work schedule and function with minimum supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in confined or physically demanding positions (climbing, kneeling, etc.)
- Availability for overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call/callouts as needed.
- Must comply with all PPE requirements (FR clothing, eye/ear protection, etc.)
- Regular and reliable attendance required.
