This is an ideal role for a business or accounting student looking to build real-world experience. Restaurant accounting is more complex than most industries—covering daily sales reconciliation, tip allocation, food and beverage costing, and multi-location reporting—so the candidate will gain exposure that goes well beyond a typical entry-level bookkeeping job.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice coding and accounts payable data entry
- Payroll filing and processing support
- Tip tracking, reporting, and allocation
- Assisting with the preparation of P&L statements and other financial reports
- Running and processing checks
- General data entry and recordkeeping
- Filing and document management
- Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business, accounting, or finance program (two- or four-year)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with numbers and basic accounting concepts
- Proficiency with spreadsheets; familiarity with accounting software a plus
- Dependable, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Eagerness to learn and grow
