We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a premier practice during an exciting transition. You will serve as the sole pediatric provider in this location, providing you with clinical autonomy and the ability to build deep, direct relationships with families from their child’s very first visit. While the role begins at two to three days per week, we are on a fast-track for growth. For the right candidate, this position is intentionally designed to lead to a meaningful partnership opportunity as the practice scales.
What We Are Looking For
- Clinical Excellence & Pediatric Leadership: As the only dentist on-site, you must possess top-tier clinical skills and a warm, patient-centered approach to delivering exceptional care in a high-standard environment.
- Growth Mindset: You are passionate about staying current with industry trends, specialized pediatric technologies, and modern behavior management techniques.
- Marketing-Oriented: You understand that a modern practice thrives on community engagement. You are excited to participate in local outreach and act as a face of the brand to help grow the patient base.
- Collaborative Spirit: You value a team environment where innovation is encouraged. You will have full support from an experienced management team—allowing you to focus on clinical excellence while we handle the operational "heavy lifting."
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert pediatric dental care, focusing on prevention, education, and positive experiences.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement new clinical protocols and innovative, child-friendly technologies.
- Actively participate in community outreach and digital marketing efforts (supported by our dedicated marketing resources).
- Foster a positive, energetic, and "fear-free" atmosphere for both patients and staff.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency program.
- Active New York State dental license.
- A strong desire for long-term career stability and eventual practice partnership.
We provide the administrative backbone, marketing engine, and clinical support you need. You will have the rare chance to help shape the culture of a transitioning practice with a built-in roadmap for professional and financial ownership.
