Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arriving on time to the assigned construction site. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate various routes while adhering to all traffic regulations. The Truck Driver may operate different types of trucks, water trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and low-boy.
Duties
- Safely operate assigned truck and ensure timely and consistent services at locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, and duties on truck tickets.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, foreman and operators with schedules and any potential issues on the road.
- Follow all local, state, and federal transportation regulations while on the road.
- Proven experience as a driver or in route driving is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating water trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations governing commercial driving.
- Excellent navigational skills with the ability to read maps and use GPS systems effectively.
- Ability to lift (up to 30 pounds) safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail in maintaining logs and adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
