About the Role
This is NOT a cold-calling position.
You'll speak exclusively with warm prospective clients who have already reached out because they're interested in learning more about our approach.
Your role is to:
- Build trust.
- Learn about each person's knee pain and goals.
- Determine whether they're a good fit for our program.
- Help qualified individuals schedule their personalized assessment.
You'll be the first person many prospective clients speak with, making you an extremely important part of their experience with Injury2Victory.
Compensation
This is a performance-based position.
You'll earn:
$40 for every qualified prospect who books an assessment after your discovery call, with potential for bonuses.
Expected monthly earnings range from $2,000–3,500+, depending on performance and call volume.
There is no cap on earnings.

Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls over Zoom with warm inbound leads.
- Build genuine rapport with prospective clients.
- Learn about each person's history, goals, and previous treatments.
- Determine whether they are an appropriate fit for our coaching program.
- Educate prospects on what to expect during their assessment.
- Schedule qualified prospects into their assessment.
- Document conversations accurately inside our CRM.
- Follow up with prospective clients when appropriate.
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the client experience.

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Kinesiology

- Consultative Sales
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required for the right person.
