Position Summary
K & K Bearing Sales, LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers by providing product support, processing orders, sourcing industrial products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in bearings, power transmission, industrial supplies, hydraulics, or maintenance-related products is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Essential Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in traffic.
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, quotations, and order status updates.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Source products from inventory, vendors, manufacturers, and distribution partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers with bearing, power transmission, and industrial supply solutions.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and communicate with suppliers regarding lead times and availability.
- Monitor customer backorders and proactively communicate updates.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory when needed.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
- Process returns, credits, and warranty claims as necessary.
- Support outside sales efforts by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer and product information within company systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service, inside sales, industrial distribution, warehouse, or purchasing experience preferred.
- Experience with bearings, industrial supplies, maintenance, manufacturing, agriculture, or mechanical products is a plus.
- Ability to learn technical products and applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Basic math skills and ability to calculate pricing and margins.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and business software systems.

- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
