Our Assistant General Manager will bring Charlotte's experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, creating great teams, and supporting the local community. This is a very hands-on job, and a typical shift could be operating a station within the kitchen, training staff members, and managing the kitchen. This position is at our New Waukee location, which will consist of both Drive-Thru & Dine for customers.
Work Experience & Skills:
3+ years in foodservice
2+ years in a management position
Strong leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
High School or GED
Requirements:
Ability to work 40+ hours a week (Every Sunday OFF)

Mon-Sat: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm, NO Sundays!

$23-25/hr
