We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Home Health and Hospice in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes and hospice settings
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Deliver comfort-focused interventions and support quality of life in hospice care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and case managers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
- Support patients in achieving optimal functional independence and comfort
Compensation & Benefits
- $60–$65/hour (based on experience)
