Duties

- Help administer benefits programs and manage benefits documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain HR records with meticulous attention to confidentiality, including personnel files, payroll data, and legal documentation related to employment law compliance.
- Support HR projects such as succession planning, affirmative action planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues by providing timely support and escalating concerns according to company policies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles, including employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation, and HR legal compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR systems like Oracle HCM or UltiPro for data entry, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent management, training & development, and performance management processes.
- Skilled in project management techniques to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Competency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for data analysis and report generation; familiarity with Excel data analysis is preferred.
- Ability to manage change effectively within a fast-paced environment while supporting organizational development efforts.
- Experience with compliance standards including OSHA regulations and employment law in talent management practices.
