Position Overview
APC Roofing is actively hiring motivated individuals for our National Storm Division.
This is a door-to-door, outside sales position where you will work in storm-affected neighborhoods, generate leads, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through the roofing and insurance restoration process.
You will actively engage with homeowners in the field, build relationships, and create new business opportunities through face-to-face interaction.
No prior roofing or sales experience is required. We are looking for driven individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the determination to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted storm-affected neighborhoods
- Generate leads and schedule inspections
- Perform basic roof inspections (must be comfortable on roofs)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Educate homeowners on roofing and insurance restoration processes
- Track leads, appointments, and pipeline activity using AccuLynx CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people daily
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable climbing and walking on roofs
