Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair and replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to complete repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to align on repair processes and ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles for customer reference.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous education.
Skills
- Proficiency in automotive repair with hands-on experience in a dealership setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and powertrain components.
- Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques is a plus.
