Scope:
Field Services will provide onsite operational support for the deployment, replacement, installation, and recovery of endpoint hardware devices. This scope includes execution and support activities related to standard end-user hardware.
1. FSO (EUC) Engineer
Endpoint hardware deployment and installation
Desktop/Laptop setup (Dell & Apple MacBooks)
Apple Business Manager configuration
Hardware replacement and refresh activities
End-user support during deployment and hypercare
Asset handling and logistics
Break/Fix support
Deployment documentation and coordination with support teams
2. Network Engineer
LAN/WLAN discovery and documentation
Network rebuild based on Dormakaba standards
Documentation of existing infrastructure and cabling
Rack assessment and planning
Network equipment installation and validation
Work Location: In person
