Coppe and Sears Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a full time dental hygienist to join our team. We are located in historic Lexington Center. Our ideal candidate would have pediatric dental hygiene experience. Strong computer skills including experience with Dentrix and Dolphin are a benefit, but we are willing to educate the right candidate. Must be reliable, punctual, professional and most of all love working with children.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient's oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe enviroment for patients and staff.
- Manage dental records and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dental office setting, demonstrating teamwork and professionalism.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
