Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Replenish buffet items and supplies regularly to ensure an abundant and appealing presentation throughout service hours.
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks, including basic cooking, plating, and garnishing as needed.
- Monitor dietary restrictions or special requests from guests to provide personalized service that exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy breakfast hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a positive guest experience.
- Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Hospitality or restaurant experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage service is advantageous.
