Looking for Assistant Store manager and Store Manager, experience is not required but best if u have experience in management
Duties
- Lead and supervise the retail team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff to maximize performance and engagement
- Oversee daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and cashier supervision
- Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, purchasing decisions, and merchandising strategies to optimize sales opportunities
- Conduct regular employee orientation sessions, performance evaluations, and coaching to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills
- Coordinate shift schedules, supervise cashiering activities, and oversee operational tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing
Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in supervising staff through effective training & development programs and performance management
- Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent organizational skills combined with effective time management to handle multiple priorities seamlessly

Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,350.00 per week
