Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Classroom Assistant and Float Position, supporting our educational environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives while working in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum and social-emotional skills.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques.
- Help create an inclusive environment by fostering communication skills, social interactions, and independence among children.
- Assist with activity setup and classroom organization to ensure a smooth daily routine.
- Serve as a flexible float staff member, stepping into various classrooms as needed to support staffing coverage for lunch breaks and bathroom breaks.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in a learning environment or preschool setting.
- Experience with behavior management techniques and literacy education is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude and flexibility in daily responsibilities.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
