Roles and Responsibilities:
The Compliance Security Specialist provides analysis, implementation, and evaluation of current and proposed security initiatives and needs including performing various activities to support Access Control activities including maintaining and monitoring user access, performing monthly reviews, monitoring access to the Network, reviewing audit activities, performing monthly reviews and annual user reviews on applications, IT Resources and Outsourced Contractor Services. Performs assigned tasks with a moderate level of technical complexity or organizational visibility and requires a moderate level of technical or analytical expertise. Executes planned data analyses. Develops and produces ad hoc and routine reports. Confers with users to determine problems, resolutions, and requirements. Conducts reviews and audits. Gathers facts for analysis. Drafts, reviews, edits, and distributes procedures, and other documentation.
Minimum qualifications include:
· Five (5) or more years of experience in with identity and access management
and/or system log analysis.
· Knowledge of emerging and current technology products and services that address
business needs and enhances the quality of work.
· CISM or CISA, etc a plus
· Experience implementing technical security solutions.
· Ability to conduct analysis of operations and methods to improve quality and
effectiveness.
· Knowledge of the NIST RMF.
· Knowledge of specialized security tools and methodologies such as SailPoint,
ServiceNow, Imperva, and other approved tools.
· Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting.
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
