You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing internet inquiries and guiding shoppers towards the perfect vehicle purchase.
- Respond promptly to internet inquiries and leads with accurate and detailed information about our vehicle inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current customers through email, phone, and live chat communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate test drives with customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of communications and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and dealership policies to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or internet sales preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple customer leads simultaneously.
