Duties
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, beard grooming, zero fades.
- Provide expert barbering services, including straight razor shaves and traditional grooming techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, communicating effectively, and offering personalized recommendations for hair care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following industry regulations.
- Operate salon software systems for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue through retail math strategies.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment bookings, client check-ins/outs, and answering inquiries with professionalism.
Experience
- Proven experience working in the industry with a strong background in cosmetology and or barbering.
- Skilled in various hair techniques including zero fades.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
- Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell products effectively.
