We are a friendly, fast paced ecommerce business looking for a full time Customer Service Representative via phone, email and chat. Hours are M-F 8:30am - 5pm. Benefits include medical, dental, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid holidays and 401K.
Friendly, organized, and reliable person with good attention to detail. Excellent typing skills and basic math skills required. We will train you on our products and systems. Customer service will include assisting customers on our website, working with customer graphics, quoting customers and resolving customer issues. Previous customer service experience preferred. Some graphics experience is preferred as graphic file manipulation is part of the role.
We are an ecommerce business shipping custom stamps and embossing seals since 1993. We are a Top Quality Google Store with a 4.9 rating.
