What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to control access to docks, gates, offices, and other restricted areas within the logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events, visitor activity, and/or irregular conditions according to post procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.

Support site operations by communicating with drivers, visitors, employees, and site contacts regarding access procedures, delivery check-in processes, and/or directions while maintaining professional conduct.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
