Seeking a Beauty Advisor to offer personalized services to our customers to help them select cosmetics and skincare products. Beauty Advisor responsibilities include demonstrating makeup techniques, suggesting products, and informing customers about products. To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and able to set goals and achieve them. Feel free to send a candid photo showing how you wear your makeup and a full photo that represents your favorite fashion style. Must be able to work 2-3 Sundays per month (12-5). No Saturdays required.
Job responsibilities:
- Friendly and approachable
- Demonstrate and educate customer on proper use of makeup and skin care products
- Recommend related products
- Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
- Ensure proper visual presentation of the store
- Replenish stock as needed
- Provide unparalleled customer service
- Maintain training/education on an ongoing basis with video learning provided
- Comfortable with computer technology, point of sale systems
- Skills
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role
- Customer service experience in retail environment
- Interest in makeup and skin care products
- Ability and desire to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g. how to apply face creams)
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to work successfully with variety of customer personalities
- High school diploma

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
