POSITION PURPOSE
Assists the Director of Financial Education in student-run branch operations. Maintains a positive relationship with students, volunteers and school personnel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain professionalism and member confidence by presenting a professional image and engaging in positive communications concerning Atomic Credit Union to students, student-run branch volunteers, school administration and all contacts within the community at large.
- Assists with preparation of financial education presentations in school systems throughout our charter area on a requested/as needed basis.

Assists in day-to-day operations at all student-run branches including scheduling, training, cash management, account opening and data entry.

Communicates effectively with school administrators, staff and students as well as one-on-one with parents.

Presents student-run program information during school-wide assemblies, teacher staff meetings, parent teacher nights as well as other school functions as required.

Exercises the authority to open persons into membership if so designated.

Keeps supervisor informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concerns.

Attends meetings as required.

Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Ensures that work area is clean, secure and well maintained.
