Position Summary
The Carpenter’s Helper supports carpenters in completing construction tasks. This entry-level role assists with materials, tools, and basic carpentry duties while learning the trade.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
· Load and transport tools and materials
· Maintain clean job sites
· Operate basic tools under supervision
· Set up work areas and equipment
· Assist with demolition and site prep
· Follow instructions from supervisors
· Adhere to safety procedures
Qualifications
· 0–2 years of experience preferred
· Willingness to learn
· Basic understanding of tools helpful
· Strong work ethic
· Ability to work on a team
