We are expanding and looking to hire to more Aestheticians to our team. This is an hourly plus bonus position.
The following responsibilities will be allocated to the Esthetician; however; responsibilities are not limited to this listing only. Additional duties can be assigned to the employee at the discretion of the supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hydrafacial experience is required
ZO Products and regimens is required
Experienced with VI Peels and ZO 3 step peels
Experience with lasers and IPL machines preferred
Experience with microdermabrasion and chemical peels preferred
Experience with CoolSculpting Elite Preferred
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as a team member.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Patient Interaction
Schedule patient appointments for spa services and consultations
Be available for patient consultation at the request of the physician
Room Aesthetic patients, thoroughly explain treatment, expected results and potential risks, obtain patient signature on appropriate consents.
Educate patients about our services and skincare products
Prepare patients for injections and other procedures performed by Med Spa
Follow up with patients after treatment
Document patient and treatment information
Preparation
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
Launder any sheets, blankets, or pillow cases that were used during treatments
Wash and sterilize supplies, instruments, and equipment daily
Set up, clean, and disinfect rooms daily
Responsible for maintaining equipment
