Bluebird Distilling is hiring experienced bartenders to join our growing team in Phoenixville, PA.
For 10 consecutive years, Bluebird has been recognized as the Best Cocktail Bar on the Main Line. We are now entering our next chapter with a $2 million renovation, featuring a completely redesigned state-of-the-art cocktail bar, expanded dining room, and the launch of Dough House at Bluebird Distilling , an elevated pizzeria and small plates concept built around exceptional hospitality, craft cocktails, and world-class spirits.

What You'll Do
Craft exceptional cocktails with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
Deliver genuine hospitality and build relationships with guests
Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, whiskey, beer, wine, and seasonal cocktails
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining high standards
Work closely with our culinary and management teams to create a best-in-class guest experience
Contribute ideas and creativity to an evolving cocktail program
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a craft cocktail, restaurant, or high-volume bar environment
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and cocktail techniques
Passion for whiskey, distilling, and beverage culture
Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
