Senior Executive Assistant for a contract opportunity with a respected organization in
Baltimore, MD. This individual will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership while managing complex schedules, coordinating key initiatives, and serving as a trusted partner in day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide dedicated executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Manage complex scheduling and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other business documents.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up action items.

Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
-
Assist with event planning, special projects, and executive initiatives as needed.

Maintain organized records, files, and documentation while improving administrative processes when appropriate.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

5+ years of executive support experience, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams.

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Experience coordinating meetings, travel, expenses, and executive-level communications.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Skills-
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.

Background working in healthcare, nonprofit, education, professional services, or corporate environments.

Familiarity with project coordination and administrative process improvement.
Compensation
$32-$42 per hour, depending on experience.
