Job Summary:
Envision Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professionals (PLPC, CSW, LMSW, or PLMFT) to provide Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) services both in person and or via telehealth. This role involves delivering structured, goal-oriented interventions that promote client stability and independence while ensuring compliance with individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide CPST services in person and via telehealth to support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
- Conduct individual and family interventions focused on skill-building, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
- Develop and implement treatment goals based on clinical assessments and service plans.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to address crisis stabilization, coping strategies, and self-management skills.
- Ensure timely documentation in accordance with the 48-hour log policy.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain compliance with Medicaid, DCFS, OJJ, and CARF standards.
- Participate in weekly supervision with a licensed clinical supervisor and attend required team meetings.
- Provide client education on mental health management and wellness strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Provisionally licensed in Louisiana as a PLPC, CSW, LMSW, or PLMFT.
- Eligible for clinical supervision leading to full licensure.
- Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or community-based services preferred.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt interventions to client needs.
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable providing services via telehealth and in person.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Hybrid position with both in-person and telehealth service delivery.
