THE POSITION
- Clean homes independently or with a teammate
- Complete recurring, deep-cleaning, and move-out services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Follow the service checklist for each appointment
- Take before-and-after photos of completed work
- Deliver a five-star customer experience
- Leave every client proud of their clean home
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- AT LEAST 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job locations
- Valid driver’s license and smartphone
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependability, punctuality, and pride in your work
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Independent cleaners and cleaning-business owners are welcome
COMPENSATION
- Paid per completed job
- Job rates designed to provide approximately $25–$45+ per working hour
- Earnings vary by job, service type, experience, and completion time
- Same-day payment after successful job completion
- Cleaners keep 100% of their customer tips
