We're looking for someone who likes to win.
You don't need to know everything about insurance on day one—we'll provide training. What you do need is confidence talking to people, strong computer skills, initiative, and the ability to work without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
This is a full-time sales position for someone who is motivated by goals, enjoys building relationships, and wants their income to reflect their performance. Our team works both in the office and remotely, so being organized, accountable, and productive independently is essential.
Banking or financial services experience? We'd love to talk to you.
If you've worked as a personal banker, relationship banker, universal banker, or in another customer-facing financial services role, many of the skills you've already developed translate extremely well to this position. Insurance experience is welcome, but not required—we can teach the products and systems. We're looking for someone who already knows how to build relationships, uncover customer needs, confidently make recommendations, and ask for the business.
- What you’ll do: Talk with prospects and existing customers, identify needs, recommend appropriate insurance and financial products, follow up consistently, generate new business, and work toward individual sales goals.
- Who will thrive here: Someone personable, competitive, comfortable asking for the sale, technologically capable, organized, and able to manage their day without constant supervision. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and looks for opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Experience: Banking, financial services, or sales experience is strongly preferred. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. If you already know how to build relationships, uncover needs, discuss financial products, and confidently make recommendations, we can teach you the insurance side of the business.
- Licensing & Professional Development: Already licensed? Great—your starting base salary will reflect the qualifying licenses you bring to the role. Not licensed yet? We’ll invest in getting you there. We provide paid study time, cover approved licensing and exam expenses, and provide training and support throughout the process. As you earn additional qualifying licenses, your base salary increases with you.
- Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunity. Starting base salary is determined in part by current licenses and relevant experience, with built-in opportunities for base salary increases as additional qualifying licenses are earned. On top of base pay, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commissions and performance-based bonuses—giving motivated producers meaningful control over their total income.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday. This position begins with hands-on, in-office training, with the opportunity for a hybrid/remote work schedule once you’re fully trained and have demonstrated the ability to work independently and consistently meet expectations.
- Benefits & Perks: Paid time off, paid holidays, paid licensing and professional development, performance bonuses, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity for hybrid/remote work after training and demonstrated performance. You'll work in a small-team environment where your contributions are visible, your performance is rewarded, and there is room to grow.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Paid time off
- Work from home
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Canoga Park, CA 91303
