Alto Warner Robins is hiring a Full-Time Dining Services Assistant to join our kitchen team. With 12-hour shifts Tuesday through Saturday, you'll always have Sunday and Monday off — giving you a consistent two-day weekend every single week.

What You'll Do:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with basic food prep — washing vegetables, portioning food, stocking supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen following food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies throughout the shift
- Be a dependable, team-first presence in a busy, well-run kitchen
What You Bring:
- Prior dishwasher, kitchen assistant, or food service experience — preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification — required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Positive, service-oriented attitude

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant is to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, assist the Cook as needed, and complete cleaning duties.
Areas of Responsibility
- Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils.
- Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.
- Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
- Help contribute to high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must have an awareness of safety practices.
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
- The Community is a drug free workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred.
