PURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide prompt and accurate mounting support to the press area in an effort to ensure quality of product while maintaining above average production rates.

Know and follow all SAFETY procedures.

Prepare printing plates accurately and in a timely manner according to work order priority.

Inspect/Inventory all used printing plates and return to their proper storage area.

Communicate with supervisor, scheduler, and press operators to ensure continual running of presses.

Complete all required paperwork.

Aid in the training of newly hired Plate Mounters.

Assist the Printing crew as needed.

Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and the department.
