We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational, financial, and tenant-related aspects of assigned properties while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Leasing, Regional Property Managers, and Leasing Agents to review and approve applications.
- Educate new tenants on property policies during move-in.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and manage property budgets to maximize revenue and control expenses.
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Utilize property management software to manage rent collection, lease tracking, and maintenance workflows.
- Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections.
- Maintain occupancy levels in line with budgeted targets.
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and quality standards.
- Enforce timely rent collection and minimize delinquency.
- Maintain the property to a high standard of cleanliness and repair.
- Supervise, support, and train onsite property staff.
- Enforce property rules, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of residential leases and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience with AppFolio is a plus.
