Shift Leader

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
High Street Dairy Queen is looking for a dependable, motivated Shift Leader to help lead our team and deliver outstanding customer service. If you enjoy working with people, setting the example, and helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coach and motivate team members
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Help train new employees
- Communicate effectively with management
- Keep the team organized during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
- Reliable, positive, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- At least 18 years old
