Overview
GBOW LLC is seeking a dynamic, detail-driven Scheduling Coordinator to support and manage daily appointment logistics for a fast-paced field service operation in the St. Louis metro area. In this key role, you will organize estimate appointments, coordinate with four field sales representatives, and maintain clear communication between customers and the operations team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate estimate appointment schedules for four field sales representatives across the St. Louis metro area
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries professionally using strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments, ensuring accurate appointment windows and customer details
- Maintain updated calendars, track daily routes, and communicate changes instantly to field staff
- Collect essential information from customers (access notes, contact details, job descriptions, special instructions)
- Reschedule cancellations quickly, keeping all sales reps’ calendars full and optimized
- Document and update lead information in CRM systems or internal scheduling tools
- Support office operations with clerical tasks such as data entry, customer follow-ups, and note-taking
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, sales staff, and management
- Identify scheduling conflicts or inefficiencies and proactively resolve them
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 80.0 per week
