Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and promote window cleaning to residential customers.
- Identify customer needs, present tailored cleaning options, and demonstrate product benefits effectively.
- Utilize mapping softwares to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales activities accurately.
- Negotiate terms, answer technical questions, and close deals to meet sales targets confidently.
- Leverage marketing materials and multilingual skills to connect with diverse communities and maximize outreach efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols during field activities and report any incidents or concerns promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or technical sales is highly preferred.
- Good background in marketing, negotiation, deal closing, and customer service enhances success in this role.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with sales softwares and other mapping softwares helps significantly.
- Knowledge of in person sales or technical sales related to window cleaning is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that motivate teams and foster a proactive approach to sales challenges.
- Previous experience in selling window cleaning or technical sales will help you hit the ground running.
