Summary
As a Key Holder/Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in driving retail sales and providing an exceptional Guest Experience while overseeing daily operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in inventory management, team supervision, and POS systems to ensure efficient Shop performance. Additionally, your skills in time management and organization will support effective merchandising and stock control, making you a vital asset in achieving the store's sales goals and delivering a superior shopping experience.
General Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager On Duty for the Shop
- Open and Close the Shop as required
- Create a Shop atmosphere where Associates provide excellent Guest Experience
- Perform duties with a solution driven mindset in an attempt to reduce unresolved issues
- Implements and achieves measurable goals
- Be a Product Knowledge Expert in designated departments of the Shop
- Uphold company standards and policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong inventory management and control skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
- Excellent team management and supervisory experience
- Ability to negotiate and handle employee orientation and recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
