We’re seeking a driven, client-focused individual to join us as a Real Estate Agent Apprentice. This position delivers an immersive, hands-on training experience that extends well beyond passing the exam, equipping you with comprehensive professional skills across all facets of real estate.
You’ll engage in in-depth discovery sessions, perform property assessments, and refine key abilities in strategic marketing and negotiation—essential tools for closing successful deals. This role offers a thorough, well-rounded education in the real estate field. We want someone who aspires to more than just holding a license—someone dedicated to building a lasting career grounded in expert knowledge and exceptional client care.

Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly

Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes

Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
