About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electronic products, with a primary focus on computers, laptops, mobile devices, and related technology.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently identify and resolve hardware and software issues. This role supports internal operations by assisting with product evaluations, repairs, quality control, and the RMA process.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and technical issues.
- Test, inspect, and evaluate returned products through the RMA process.
- Perform repairs, component replacements, and system configurations as needed.
- Conduct quality control testing to ensure products meet company standards.
- Identify product issues and determine appropriate repair or resolution steps.
- Document technical findings, repair actions, and product evaluations.
- Assist with product testing, inventory quality control, and technical assessments.
- Support internal teams with technical troubleshooting and product-related issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain efficient workflow.
- Stay current with new technologies, tools, and repair procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in electronics repair, computer repair, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with product testing, repairs, quality control, or RMA processes.
- Experience working with refurbished electronics is a plus.
- Familiarity with a variety of consumer electronics and technology products.
- Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and repair procedures.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
