We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support
Specialist who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and supporting a fast-paced
sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer orders received by phone, email, and online.
- Prepare quotations and confirm pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with shipping and production to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering product, pricing, shipping,and technical questions.
- Process sample requests and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and payment information.
- Assist the sales team with account management and customer communications.
- Enter invoices and maintain data accuracy within our ERP system.
- Work closely with multiple departments to deliver an outstanding customer
- experience.
- Perform other administrative and customer support duties as needed.

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
