The applicant must possess a Paralegal Certificate and should be familiar with subpoenaing records, retaining experts, the summarization of written discovery and medical records, and be able to efficiently respond to written discovery and work in a fast-paced environment meeting regular deadlines. Applicant should be extremely organized, reliable, motivated, friendly and a team player. A background in Medical Malpractice is preferred but not necessary, we will train.
