Roles and Responsibilities:
Engaged in telemarketing and research for selling into the USA market.
Identify and securing new opportunities to key clients.
Drive customer satisfaction in terms of needs identification, response and relationship management.
Customer database management encompasses profile creation, validation and data integrity.
The Persons:
Possess at least a Diploma with at least 3 years relevant working experience.
Strong English and communication skills - both verbal and written.
Possess data mining and data analysis skills.
Telemarketing experience in IT solution field will be an added advantage.
Strong networking skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
Self drive, results oriented individual with a passion for excellence.
