About the Role
ADM Tech is expanding our North America business and building our sales team for our industrial-grade barcode scanners, PDA/mobile computers, and data-capture solutions. We are open to different levels of experience and will tailor responsibilities based on the candidate’s background.

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with us as we expand our offline distribution network across the U.S. and build a long-term presence in the data capture and industrial hardware market.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities scale with seniority)For all levels:
- Develop new business opportunities across retail, distribution, wholesale, and VAR channels.
- Build and manage relationships with partners, resellers, and end customers.
- Learn our product line and articulate solutions clearly to prospects.
- Support sales activities including outreach, presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Attend trade shows, customer visits, and channel events.
For Mid-level / Senior candidates (additional responsibilities):
- Lead outbound channel development efforts to recruit distributors and resellers.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for barcode/PDA hardware products.
- Manage key accounts and lead negotiations with partners.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and pipeline management.
- Mentor junior sales talent and help build internal processes (CRM, reporting, sales playbooks).
For Senior candidates (optional additional scope):
- You will help build ADM Tech’s U.S. sales function from the ground up. This includes:
- Designing the entire sales strategy and execution framework for North America.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously built sales organizations or led large-scale channel expansion.
- Defining playbooks, SOPs, outreach frameworks, and scalable GTM processes.
- Recruiting, building, and managing a sales team as the organization grows.
- Owning national channel expansion and cultivating relationships with VARs, OEM partners, and key distributors.
- Working directly with executives on long-term market strategy, competitive positioning, and new product direction.
What We’re Looking For (Flexible Requirements)Must-haves (for all levels):
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales.
- Comfort with outreach, follow-up, and customer-facing interactions.
- High sense of ownership, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work on-site in Monterey Park.
Nice-to-have (not required for junior candidates):
- Experience in B2B sales, channel development, or hardware/technology industry.
- Background in barcode scanners, POS systems, mobility hardware, warehouse tech, or related fields.
- Existing network among distributors, resellers, or industrial solution providers.
- Experience selling technical or integrated hardware/software solutions.

We offer:
- Competitive base salary
- Commission-based on-target earnings
- Level and compensation will depend on experience (junior → senior range)
