Responsibilities:
- Assist with laying concrete masonry units (CMU), mortar mixing, and material handling.
- Help prepare and organize job sites for daily masonry work.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and tools.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Masonry or construction experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
