Pay: $18 - $25/hour + Shift Premiums

Position Summary
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking Fabricators to join their production team. This is a hands-on role requiring individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with manufacturing plans, hand tools, inspection equipment, and production processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret manufacturing plans and work instructions.
- Assemble components and prepare materials according to specifications.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout production.
- Prepare finished products for shipping.
- Clean molds, tools, and work areas.
- Operate pneumatic hand tools (grinders, sanders, drills, etc.) and basic measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and thickness gauges.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Cross-train in other production areas as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience is an asset.
- Comfortable using hand and pneumatic tools.
- Experience using measuring and inspection equipment preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work overtime and cross-train as needed.
