Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inbound and some outbound calls, assist with inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Duties
- Manage inbound and the occasional outbound calls efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with processing customer payments, maintaining accuracy and adherence to all payment procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, utilizing strong verbal skills to convey information clearly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services.
- Support multilingual clients by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong background in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data entry and office software applications is essential.
- Experience with outbound calling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with clients.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus and can enhance support for our diverse clients, but are not required.
Schedule
- Weekday shifts available from 12pm–8pm or 1pm–9pm.
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required. Between 8am and 6pm

Pay: $16.00 per hour
