Core Responsibilities1. CNC PROGRAMMING & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
- Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
- Develop machining strategies
- Convert drawings and models into production-ready programs
- Select tooling and machining processes
2. SETUP, PROVE-OUT & PRODUCTION RELEASE
- Perform machine setups
- Run first articles
- Prove out new programs
- Validate dimensions and tolerances
- Troubleshoot machining issues
- Release jobs into production
3. MANUFACTURING SUPPORT
- Provide technical support to machinists
- Support engineering changes
- Troubleshoot production challenges
- Improve manufacturing processes
- Optimize cycle times and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- CNC programming experience
- CAD/CAM experience
- Setup experience
- First article experience
- Blueprint reading
- Troubleshooting ability
- Production support experience
Location, Position & Compensation
- Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Work Model: 100% Onsite
- Shift Availability: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available
- Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 annually or $35.00–$45.00 per hour
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
