Position Overview:
Our Enrollment Specialist blends high-level administrative support with student-focused enrollment and outreach responsibilities. It involves managing daily office operationssuch as correspondence, scheduling, record keeping, data entry, and maintaining secure, compliant filing systemswhile also coordinating meetings, and special events. The position supports Auburn Career Center's admissions and marketing efforts by guiding prospective students, promoting programs across partner districts, assisting with enrollment processes, and maintaining inquiry and admissions records. It also plays a key role in partnership development, and strategic planning through communication, documentation, and relationship-building with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders. Strong professionalism, confidentiality, organizational skills, and effective use of technology are essential, along with adherence to legal requirements, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree preferred.

Two years of experience in a related office environment is preferred.

Excellent customer service skills required.

Proficiency in operating office equipment and using modern office technology, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and virtual meeting platforms.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose professional correspondence and communicate complex information to administration.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, apply mathematical concepts (fractions, percentages, ratios), and use critical thinking to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
