American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with acute care experience for a 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Short-term acute care hospital setting with 379 staffed beds at a Level II Trauma Center
-
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00)

Weekend rotation required alongside full-time therapy staff
-
1:1 patient ratio
-
No floating between units within this assignment; however, travelers may be expected to float between all facilities within the state
-
No on-call requirements

Epic EMR required
-
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care physical therapy experience

Active PT license required if applicable

Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

First-time travelers will be considered for this position

Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment

Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Minimal RTO is expected for this position; a small number of days may be approved

Scrub attire required; solid navy blue for licensed personnel — print tops are not acceptable

Free surface parking is available in designated Employee/Visitor Parking lots
